  • The 2009-2010 Homebuyers Tax credit has been extended to June, 30th 2010; Contract must be written by April 30th, 2010.
  • First time homebuyers is defined as not having owned a house in the past 3 years.
  • "Move up buyer" is defined as someone who has owned a house for a minimum of 5 years.
